Individual & Couples Therapy

I work with individuals and couples to explore the emotional and behavioural patterns that shape their relationship with money. Together, we look at areas you might be struggling in, and how improving your relationship with your finances can enhance your overall sense of well-being.

Fee: $235 per 50 minute session which may be covered by your insurance provider.

Please note that therapy is offered in-person and online through Brown Psychological Services, and is restricted to clients located in Alberta. I will be accepting couples clients starting in the spring of 2026.

Webinars & Workshops

The Financial Consumer Agency of Canada  reports that over half of working Canadians admit that personal financial stress impacts their work performance. Similarly, a recent Telus Health report found employees cited financial stressors more than twice as often as other concerns like health and relationships as their primary source of stress.

Most employees don’t need another talk on RRSPs — they need support that helps them understand why managing money can feel so overwhelming. My customized webinars and workshops blend psychology and practical financial information to help people reduce stress, manage overspending, and move past anxiety and avoidance around their finances.

Signature Sessions

  • Reimagining the Spending Plan: A Mindful Approach to Money
  • Understanding Financial Trauma: How Your Past Affects Your Future
  • The Dopamine Treadmill: Why We’re On It and How to Step Off
  • The Weight of Financial Shame: Breaking the Silence
  • Talking About Money Without the Meltdown

Resources & Consultation

Traditional financial literacy resources can overlook the needs of special populations. People navigating major life transitions, experiences of migration or displacement, or financial distress such as bankruptcy may need supports that are trauma-informed, accessible, and culturally responsive. I collaborate with organizations to design custom financial literacy materials that truly resonate with their communities.

I also offer consultation to financial professionals or therapists who are looking to help their clients bridge the gap between emotional and financial well-being.
