Working with me isn’t financial planning, investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice or a substitute for it. While between-session tasks might include creating a budget or identifying how much you need to save to reach your goals, the focus of the sessions will be on the emotions, habits, and beliefs that shape how you handle your finances.

The first session will be a full intake to determine if clinical our counselling therapy is most appropriate for your concern (for more on this distinction check out Brown Psychological). In future sessions, we will collaboratively identify goals and explore evidence-based treatment options before deciding on a path forward.

Conversations naturally veer into other topics and it is always up to you how far we go. I do treat other issues, including anxiety, trauma, and OCD so am happy to work with you on broader concerns. After many years as a senior leader in the accounting profession, I also enjoy supporting professionals experiencing workplace stress and contemplating career transitions.

I feel ashamed that I lost money in a financial scam.
