About Me

Hi there!

I’m a Registered Provisional Psychologist and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) who works at the intersection of money and mental health.

My work bridges a gap that too many people fall through — the space between practical financial advice and emotional realities that shape how we earn, spend, save, and give.

Get in Touch

Have questions or want to learn more about how I can support you or your team’s financial well-being? I’d love to hear from you.

Please note that I can only offer individual or couples therapy to people who are located in Alberta at this time. Other services are accessible out-of-province.
I acknowledge that my work takes place on Treaty 6 territory, which includes the traditional lands of the nêhiyaw, Dene, Anishinaabe, Nakota Isga, Niitsitapi, and Métis peoples. As the child of immigrants, I recognize that my family’s story on this land is connected to broader histories of displacement and belonging. I honour the Indigenous peoples who have cared for this land since time immemorial and commit to relationships — and to reconciliation — grounded in respect, learning, and meaningful action.
